Our housing system provides structure, support, and stability through Independent Living PODs (Places of Development). By partnering with outside providers for recovery, trauma, and reentry services, we offer holistic transformation without needing a license—making our model scalable in any city or state.

At Exodus Life Change, we believe housing is just the beginning. We serve those who are too often overlooked: people experiencing homelessness, individuals returning from prison, those in recovery, and people struggling with mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide more than just shelter—we provide a pathway to transformation.

We understand that true healing doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t happen alone. That’s why our Four-Tier Housing Model and 4S Framework (Structure, Strategy, System, and Scale) are built not just to house, but to empower.

Our residents don’t just get a bed—they get a chance to rebuild their lives from the inside out. We focus on the whole person, offering:

  • Spiritual Empowerment – Finding identity, healing, and purpose

  • Economic Empowerment – Job training, financial literacy, and self-sufficiency

  • Social Empowerment – Healthy relationships, peer support, and community belonging

  • Domestic Empowerment – Life skills, home management, and stability

Why Exodus Is Different

This isn’t a program built in a boardroom. Exodus Life Change was born out of lived experience.

Our founder, Ray Wilkerson, once walked the very streets our residents come from. He experienced homelessness, addiction, incarceration, and spiritual darkness. But through God’s grace and relentless determination, he was transformed—and now leads others down the same path to freedom and restoration.

This is what makes Exodus House so unique: it’s led by people who have lived it, not just studied it. Real-life experience enables us to connect more deeply, build trust, and provide solutions that truly work.
